     Seang Chhay is a Master Mercedes-Benz Mechanic who graduated from LTI back in 1977. Mr. Chhay started out repairing Mercedes-Benz and would occasionally sell 1 or 2 and ended up growing his business into what it is now. Chhays Used Cars has been selling pre-owned Mercedes-Benz and BMW vehicles in the Chester/Kent Island area for over 30 years.
